All orders will be dispatched from the designated warehouse within 1-4 business day(s) (US, Australia, Germany, China respectively). During sales periods, please allow up to 7 business days for dispatch.

Average global shipping times vary from 10 business days to 30 business days and are affected by holidays.

Delayed, lost or damaged shipments are not the responsibility of Of Elven Make. Upon delivery of the products, you must inspect the products for any shortage or quality issues. You will be deemed to have accepted the products upon delivery and waived the right to make any claim unless you notify Of Elven Make in writing within 7 days of receiving the product(s).

Of Elven Make is not responsible for lost or stolen product parcels that are delivered to the address provided during checkout. In the event that the product parcel is lost or stolen, you should contact the transport courier or local authorities for resolution. We strictly will not send you another product parcel or process a product refund, unless "Shipping Insurance" was selected during checkout. Orders with shipping insurance are eligible for a free replacement of lost/stolen parcels.

All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays and any other delays caused in circumstances that are outside of our control.

All delivery times quoted to you are indicative only. Products may be delivered in one or more parts. To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third-party.

Please note that all shipping time frames are from the date of dispatch, not the date that your order is made.

Please review your shipping, contact, billing and payment information for accuracy before submitting an order. Billing information must match the billing information you have on file with the issuing bank.

Please note that Of Elven Make is unable to change a shipping address once the order has been dispatched to the carrier. 

For international orders, delivery times vary due to customs. 

CURRENCY

Of Elven Make processes payments in EUR. We are not responsible for currency exchange rates. The prices you see may be displayed in your local currency for convenience.

Because foreign exchange rates fluctuate, the price you see for an item in your local currency may change in a few seconds. The foreign exchange rates we apply are updated live. Of Elven Make takes no responsibility for the accuracy of any foreign exchange rate applied to your purchase or return.

PRICING & AVAILABILITY

All prices are subject to change without notice at any time. Available inventory is subject to change without notice at any time. As a result, if your order is canceled for any reason, you may not be able to purchase the same item you originally ordered, and if the same item is available, it may not be available at the same price of your original purchase. 

ORDER REVIEW

All orders are subject to fraud review which may result in a delay in processing. We may also require additional information in order to verify your purchase. Until you receive final confirmation of your purchase, please check your email and respond to any requests for verification (phone number, tax ID, address confirmation, etc.). While your order is being reviewed, your account may be placed on hold until the review is completed.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We reserve the right to cancel orders in our sole discretion.

If an order is canceled before you have been charged for the order, you may see a pending authorization on your card that will fall off of your account in a few days but you will not be charged for the order. If an order is canceled after you have been charged for the order, we will refund you the amount you paid for the item(s) to your original method of payment. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your next billing cycle.
