1. General Questions
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns on all items within 30 days of the order delivery. To start a return, please visit our Refund policy page and follow the instructions.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the carrier's website.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we do not have a physical store, but we offer returns for all of our orders, so you can try our products risk-free.
2. Product Questions
What are Elven Rings made of, and how do they glow?
Our rings are handmade with nickel-free titanium steel and imbued with two types of phosphorescent powders (dragon red for the gold ring, aquamarine for the silver).
These phosphorescent powders (zinc sulfide) store light and glow in the dark after absorbing different visible light and can be reused many times, lasting over 10 - 20 years. Phosphorescent powders are basic light-storing powders that you can commonly find in DIY craft stores, toys, Halloween products, stickers, etc., as well as cosmetics. Zinc sulfide is skin-friendly and non-toxic.
This combination of careful artisan work and high-quality materials make our rings the perfect gift for any fan of fantasy!
For how long can Elven Rings glow?
Our rings can glow for hours in total darkness. The results depend on what light the noctilucent powder could absorb and for how long. We recommend using a blacklight (UV light) for the absolute best results, however, leaving it in sunlight for a few hours will provide a satisfactory and reasonable glow.
In most cases, the Elven Ring's ability to glow can remain for years, but will fade over time.
Are there any special care instructions?
No, but the unique make of the rings leaves the possibility of the glowing powder being washed out. If preserving the glowing effect is of importance, taking the ring off before bathing, swimming, or during strong weather is recommended — else its ancient magic may escape and find a more suitable master.
Are there any differences between the gold and silver Elven Rings?
The only differences are the platings used on the steel, and the color of the noctilucent powder.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods including credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay.
Do you offer installment payment options?
No, we do not offer installment payment options at the moment.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, we take the security of our customers' payment information seriously. All transactions are processed securely and we use industry-standard encryption technology to protect your information.
All transactions are processed by Stripe and/or PayPal respectively.
4. Shipping Questions
How long does shipping take?
After we finish processing your order (2-4 business days), we will ship your order (1-4 business days). All orders are dispatched from the nearest warehouse relative to your shipping address but may change depending on stock availability. We will email you with a tracking number, usually within one day after your order finishes processing.
Average worldwide delivery times vary from 10 - 30 business days with Standard delivery, and 7 - 14 business days with Priority.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost depends on your location and the shipping method you choose, which will be visible during checkout and will be based on your provided shipping address.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes. Please make sure to provide your complete and accurate shipping address to avoid any delays in delivery.
Where are your products made & shipped from?
We only source our materials/inventory from socially responsible suppliers with ethical manufacturing practices. Our products are manufactured in the United States. Depending on your location and stock availability, we will ship from one of our warehouses in the United States, Australia, China, or Germany.
